“In April 2023, the “TJ Cabot & Thee Artificial Rejects” solo project morphed into a full lineup for the purpose of playing a single gig with the Mononegatives and Taxi Girls.
To signify the illustrious moment, “TJ Cabot” was dropped from the name and “Artificial” became “Real” (y'know, cause....like, it's a real band now).
Anyway, we had so much fun that it was decided the next recordings would be with the full group. Thru May-July, demos were recorded and from October thru February of this year, we each laid down our parts until everything was complete.
Bandcamp is now officially up. Here are two songs from those recording sessions about a particular day in 2023. Featuring band members from every corner of the Moncton scene, including Phone Jerks, nerve button, Bad Luck #13, Funeral Fog, Thee Requiems, Ghosttown Belle, Heimlich, Pervert, Feral Trash, Jennifer Lopan, Sonic Hz and countless others that would make this long-winded post even more-so.
